Small bites & hors d'oeuvres, inspired by our local farmers' offerings, will be passed along with biodynamic wines from Martian Ranch and Winery. Then, our favorite Italian chef and performance aritist, Gino Campagna, will create his favorite spring risottos, accompanied by local organic salad greens.
Veterans Frank Golbeck & Jerome Yoscovits will each be sampling & selling their newly launched products: Golden Coast Mead (Honey Wine for the HIVE!) and organic, heirloom tomato Kaught Up Ketchup.
During the Movie:
Serving Quinn organic, non-GMO Parmesan & Rosemary or Vermont Maple & Sea Salt popcorn and Madecasse chocolate bars from their single origin cacao farm in Madagascar.
After the Movie:
Q&A with the filmmaker and veterans to follow while charming servers pass an array of locally baked goodies up & down the aisles. Cognoscenti coffee and Art of Tea herbal infusions to finish off the evening's tastes!
